Feather-Lite
Ball Shutoff Valves |
| All
of Cordova's ball shutoff valves feature external
adjustment of seats simply by loosening the set screw,
twisting the threaded insert to tighten the seat
and re-tightening the set screw. Routine maintenance
is quick and easy. All valves have a full 1" waterway
and are available with either 1" or 1-1/2" threads. |

Compact
size makes these valves ideal as shutoffs with break-apart
capability when changing twist-style nozzles or adding
hose. They can be ordered with Cordova's Sutter Tip,
full-time swivel and/or pistol grip. Valves operate
freely to 600 psi and are tested to 1000 psi. Horseshoe
and knob valve handles are powder color coded for
easy thread size identification. Comply with U.S.
Forest Service Spec. 5100-241A. |

Knob handle
allows hose to be dragged through brush with the
least chance of
snagging. The knob is 2-1/4" in diameter for easy gripping, with a pointer
to show flow direction. Valve alone weighs 15 oz and is compact enough for
hose packs. |
| Horseshoe type
handle: |
| The fist
size (3") opening in the handle stands 1-1/4" above
the body of the valve when in full open or full closed
position, allowing complete grip without hitting
the knuckles. Double handle stops. Weighs 20 oz. |
